FIA welcome Andretti-Cadillac bid
With the announcement that Andretti-Cadillac intend to make an "Expressions of Interest” to start a Formula One team, FIA president, Mohammed Ben Sulayem made the following comment:

Changes coming to prevent tactical PU changes
The 2023 Sporting Regulations may include important changes in the way drivers are penalized by going over their allocation of Power Unit parts during the season, after it became obvious over the previous two years that the current grid penalties are not a big enough deterrent for the tactical changes some teams and manufacturers have taken.

New team entries unlikely by 2024
The FIA president's announcement the Federation would be "launching an Expressions of Interest process for prospective new teams for the FIA Formula One World Championship" was greeted with enthusiasm by fans worldwide, but, interestingly, received in complete silence both by Formula One Management and the ten teams that are currently competing in Grand Prix racing.

FIA opens door for new teams
The FIA has announced plans to welcome new teams into Formula One, opening the doors for Andretti Global to finally make a bid to enter the World Championship by 2024, after two years of frustrating negotiations by the Americans.
China wants back place in 2023 calendar
The Chinese Grand Prix promoters have thrown a spanner in the works by officially telling Formula One that they want back their place in the 2023 Formula One World Championship calendar, barely a month after requesting the cancelation of the event that was originally scheduled for April 16th.

No, not to that one, not to Max Verstappen, who fully deserved his second Formula One crown, but to departing legend Sebastian Vettel, who decided to call it quits at the age of 35, after a long and successful career that rewarded him with four consecutive World Championships, something only Juan Manuel Fangio, Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton have achieved, so it’s clear the likable German is in good company.
