Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali and Las Vegas Grand Prix CEO Renee Wilm released joint statement this afternoon regarding the events around the limited running and delayed practice sessions yesterday, partly run without fans who stayed for and were then asked to leave the circuit ahead of a 2:30a second free practice after track repairs forced the first session to end after just eight and a half minutes:
