There is to be a change of management at the Motor Sports Association, the national sporting authority of Britain, with John Grant, the current chairman, stepping down and being replaced by Alan Gow. He will take over on January 1 2006.

The FIA entry list for 2006 has confirmed that Tiago Monteiro will be the second driver at the MF1 team next year, alongside Christijan Albers. The team had previously denied that a deal was done.

Eagle-eyed shoppers at the Tesco supermarket in Brackley will have noticed that the team's branding has changed since yesterday, with a new Honda Racing F1 sign and flags replacing the old BAR-Honda branding.

The FIA Formula 1 World Championship entry list does not include the new Super Aguri F1 team.

The FIA has now published its official entry list for the 2006 Formula 1 World Championship and there are no real surprises on the list.
